Local Dry Aged Beef

All of our beef is Black Angus, 21 day dry-aged and local to the Teton Valley. We buy whole heads and break them down in house, so we have every cut available

Heritage Breed Pork

We buy all heritage breed pork from right here in Driggs, ID and just outside of Bozeman, MT. All of our pork is raised on alfalfa, with no added hormones or antibiotics

Hand Made Sausages

We hand make all of our sausages in house using all natural casing & ingredients and no fillers. Our rotating selection includes pork, beef, chicken, lamb & duck. Call us to see what we have in stock today!

Organic Poultry

We source our chicken, ducks & turkeys from Mary's Farm in CA. All of our birds are fresh, never frozen. They are organic, free-range, hormone and antibiotic free

Whole Lamb

We buy whole lambs from a small ranch in MO. Any cut you are looking for we can have ready for you, just give us a call and ask


We source Elk and Buffalo from a small ranch in MO. Let us know if there are any specialty cuts you would like and we can get them for you


We carry a boutique selection of small batch pickles, sauerkraut, mustards, BBQ sauces, organic canned tomatoes, pastas and of course, Duke's Mayonnaise
