Sausage Making Class - October 12th

Service Description

Join us for a hands on class on how we make our signature craft sausages. We will start with some charcuterie and drinks before diving into how we cut, grind, season, case and hang our sausages. You will learn all about using the right cuts, meat to fat ratio, working with natural casing and how to European tie your own sausages. These are small classes of no more than 8 people, so get a group together and have a fun night hanging out with your local butchers. Each person will be able to take home approximately 5 lb of sausages.
